Let us understand that anger is normal and a release valve of emotions. If you release that anger inappropriately or if you do not release those emotions is the reason why individuals enter into anger management. If you are in a committed relatioship, discuss the matter with your mate to examine what is happening at home [specifically: home task distribution, leisure time for you, finances, discipline of children, consistency, communication, etc]. Perhaps with a redistrution of support this anger could be lessened. If this is not effective talk with your family doctor. He\she can work with you on some options.
