Berry Sorbet
Serves 6

Directions: Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into a 9-inch, freezer-safe pan. Place pan in freezer for at least 4 hours (or until it mixture is firm). Transfer to a mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer only until slushy (mix too long and it will thaw).
Return new mixture to freezer-safe pan and freeze for additional 2 hours or
until firm. Then it's ready to serve.
