Cheesy Spaghetti with Bacon

Serves 6

Ingredients:

    1 pound pasta
    4 slices bacon
    1 large chopped onion
    15 ounces part-skim ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Boil pasta in water per directions on box.
Cook bacon in skillet. Remove and pour out most of bacon fat from skillet. Add chopped onion and cook until it's a little brown.
Drain pasta. Toss with cheeses, salt and pepper. Crumble in bacon and toss.
