Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan stir together milk, flour, instant chicken bullion granules, garlic powder, oregano and basil. Salt to taste. Cook and stir over medium heat until sauce is thick and bubbly. Add yogurt or sour cream and stir thoroughly. Add cheese and stir thoroughly. Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted. Do not boil. If sauce is too thick, add a little more skim milk. Drain pasta and vegetables and place in large serving bowl. Add sauce and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Garnish with parsley flakes. Approximately 375° F calories and 6 grams of fat per serving.
