Chicken-Corned Beef

Serves 4

Ingredients:

    4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
    1/4 lb. Corned Beef
    1 can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 16 oz. Sour Cream
    4 Bacon strips partially cooked
    Garlic powder
    parsley flakes
    cooked rice

    Directions:
    Place strips of Corned Beef in 8"x8" pan.
    Roll up Chicken Breasts with Bacon strips and place each on a strip of Corned Beef.
    Mix soup with sour cream and pour over chicken.
    Season with Garlic powder and parsley flakes.
    Serve over rice.
