1 cup mayonnaise 6 Tablespoons grated cheddar cheese 1 Tablespoon chopped onion 2 Tablespoons lemon juice salt and pepper 1 1/2 pounds of chicken, cubed
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise with cheese, onion and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken and refrigerate 30 minutes. Serve over lettuce leaves and garnish with tomato slices.
