Chicken Classic
Serves 4 (double the recipe if you have 8 and so on) Ingredients: Click here for some common metric conversions Directions: Arrange pre cooked vegetables in the bottom of a casserole dish. Mix mayonnaise, curry, lemon juice and soup mix together. Put chicken over the vegetables and then put this mixture on top. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top. Cook for 20 minutes @ 375°F or microwave for about 10 min. Cook long enough to melt the cheese and warm the sauce (providing the veggies are precooked). Serve with rice and enjoy. |
