Cresent Mexican Casserole

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

1 8 pk cresent roll dough
2 eggs
2# ground beef or turkey
1-16 oz can refried beans
1-16 oz sour cream
2 cups shredded cojack or cheddar cheese
2 packs taco seasoning

Directions:
Fry meat and drain, add taco seasoning and refried beans-Line 13X9 cake pan with cresent rolls(cover bottom of pan), pour meat/bean mixture on top, in small bowl mix eggs, sour cream and cheese, add this mixture to top of meat and cook for 20-25 minutes in 350 degree oven,(casserole should be brown on top) Garnish with fresh lettuce and tomatoes before serving
