Hawaiian Grilled Tuna

Serves 4

Ingredients:

    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 chopped onion
    2 cloves minced garlic
    four 6-ounce tuna steaks
    vegetable oil
    1 Tablespoon lemon juice
    salt and pepper

Directions:
Combine soy sauce, sugar, onion and garlic. Add tuna and coat. Marinate in the refrigerator while preparing grill.

When grill is ready, take out tuna and brush with vegetable oil. Grill over high heat about 3 minutes per side. Take off grill, add salt and pepper to taste, pour lemon juice over tuna and serve.

Prep Time: 15 min.        Cooking Time: 10 min.
