Holiday Ham Loaf

Serves 6

Ingredients:

    1 lb ground pork
    1 lb ground ham
    2 eggs
    1 cup bread crumbs
    1/2 can tomatoes
    1/3 cup milk
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/3 cup vinegar
    1/2 cup water

Directions:
Mix meat, eggs, crumbs, tomatoes and milk into two loaves. Combine the rest of ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over the meat and bake one hour. Pour liquid over meat with a spoon several times during baking.
