Honey Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:

    1 1/2 tbsp honey
    1 1/2 tbsp mustard
    1 tbsp vinegar
    1/4 tsp garlic salt
    2 salmon steaks

Directions:

    1. Combine first four ingredients in a bowl. Brush mixture over fish.
    2. Coat grill rack with cooking spray. Place on grill over medium-hot coals (350 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.).

    3. Place fish on grill covered 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Prep Time: 20 minutes        Cooking Time: 4 minutes
