Fast and Easy Pita Pizza
We live in Miami, Florida, where it's hot most of the time, so we try not to spend too much time in front of the stove. My husband is from Buenos Aires, Argentina, where they eat lots of pizza 'cause of the Italian influence there and I'm from Haiti, where they have spicy foods. This is so easy that my 12 year old prepares it for lunch sometimes. So, here is an Argentine/Haitian-American Pita Pizza. Serves 4
