Rescue Recipe: Sausage Pie

Serves 6-8

Ingredients:

Two boxes Pizza dough mix
One Tablespoon oil
One pound sausage
One medium diced onion
One diced green pepper
One cup chopped mushrooms
One eight ounce can tomato sauce

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Oil a pie pan. Prepare pizza dough. Roll out and place one layer in pan. Bake 7 minutes. Saute sausage in oil. Add oinions and green peppers and saute 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute 2 more minutes. Add tomato sauce. Pour mixture into crust, cover with second layer of rolled out pizza dough. Trim edges and seal two layers together. Cut vents in top. Bake for 15 minutes.
