Hummus Dip

Serves 4-8

Ingredients:
1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans
1/4 cup Tahini (ground sesame seeds)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 or more garlic cloves
1/8 cup or more soy sauce
1 tbsp. or more Cumin
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. or more Cayenne pepper as a garnish

Directions:
Place all food in food processor and blend until very smooth. Add more oil or soy sauce as needed.

Serve as a dip with crackers or raw vegetables.
