
Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Serves 24-36
Ingredients:
Basic meatball recipe (ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs)
2 tbsp sugar
1 ½ tbsp cornstarch
½ cup water
2 ½ cups pineapple chunks
½ cup syrup
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 ½ cup chopped green pepper

Directions:
In pan add sugar and cornstarch to browned meatballs. Stir in water, syrup,
vinegar and soy sauce. Heat mixture to a boil and stir constantly. Add
pineapple and green pepper and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
