Cranberry Salad

Serves 8

Ingredients:

    2 cups cranberries, ground to medium in blender
    1 orange, ground in blender
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup celery, cut up
    1 small package cranberry gelatin
    2 cups hot water

Directions:
Combine gelatin and hot water. Mix fruit with sugar. Stir in nuts and celery. Mix with gelatin and chill.
