Materials:
- 6 lengths each 22 inches long of elastic jewelry cord
- Metal charms
- Scissors
-
Optional 12 inches of ribbon
Directions:
Six inches away from ends, knot all six lengths of
cord together. Leave the six-inch ends loose. Divide
the longer ends of cords into three groups and start
to braid. Add charms by threading charm on to one
cord. Push charm down cord to where the braid is. Then
continue to braid. Depending on how many charms you
have, try to space charms evenly. I found an inch was
a good distance between charms. When braid measures
about five inches, or desired length, knot ends together
like first knot. Measure six inches from knot and trim
the rest of cord away for all six lengths. If cord is
stretchy enough, tie both sides of bracelet together.
Otherwise tie onto your wrist or friends.
