Materials:

Rock from garden
-
Soap & water
-
Pencil
-
Black marker
-
Acrylic paint
-
Paint brushes
-
Clear latex enamel or acrylic lacquer
Directions:
Wash rock, so it is clean from all dirt. Draw design on rock. Trace over pencil design with marker. Paint design. When paint is dried spray with clear latex enamel or acrylic lacquer. When enamel or lacquer is dry, spray on a second coat. After second coat is dry, it's ready to add to your garden.
