Kids love to paint things. So, I like to give my kids and their friends a variety of painting projects and let them be creative.

Materials:

• Inexpensive white T-Shirts
  
• Fabric markers
  
• 6 inch terra cotta flower pots
  
• acrylic paints
  
• White or solid color sheet sets
  
• fabric markers or fabric crayons
  
• white paper
  

Directions:

Kids can sign each other's T-shirts, or draw designs on them.
Decorate flower pots, to be used for plants, or for gift containers. Put little gifts, toys, stickers, treats, etc. in the decorated pots, and cover with colored plastic wrap. Tie with a ribbon.
To decorate the sheets and pillows, draw designs with markers, or use fabric crayons to draw on white paper, then place drawings on sheets and iron to apply (with mom's help, of course.) Decorated sheets can also be thumbtacked to the wall for a mural effect.
