Materials:
- One paper bowl
- Green acrylic paint
- Paint brush
- Green construction paper
- Scissors
- White glue
- Gold glitter
- Hole puncher
- One yard of green yarn
Directions:
Lay bowl upside down. Paint entire bottom green. Let Dry. For hat band, spread glue around sides of bowl then cover with glitter. Cut shamrock shape out of construction paper. Outline shamrock with glue and cover with glue. Let dry. When glitter is dry, glue shamrock to the front of bowl. Punch a hole on two sides of bowl. Cut yarn in half. Tie one end of yarn to each hole. Now you're ready to use as hat. Use loose yarns ends to tie in place. Instead of ties, omit yarn and use Bobbie pins through holes instead.
