Materials:
• Four empty thread spools (all the same size)
• Two shoelaces or cords 60" long

This one's easy and fun! Create your own personal massager with these simple household items. Everyone in the family can have their own and they are so simple to make.

Directions:

  1. Line the four spools up on their sides, three inches apart, as shown in the picture.
  2. Take one of the laces and thread it through the spools, as the green lace shown in the picture.
  3. Take the other lace and thread it through the spools, as the red lace is shown in the picture.
  4. On the right end of the spools, take the two loose ends of the laces and tie them in a knot close to the spool. Now do the same with the two loose ends of the laces on the left end of the spool.
