Permission Statement:
All artwork, graphics, recipes, suggestions and stories submitted to ParentsTalk become property of Circle 1 Network. When you share your family’s material with us, you’re telling us that you have the right to do so – meaning that it does not belong to anyone else and is not copyrighted by another person or company.
You're giving ParentsTalk and Circle 1 Network the right to use your material worldwide and unrestricted without compensating you. Circle 1 Network can use the materials you share as it sees fit, including, but not unlimited to, on its sites, in promotions and in advertising.
If you do not own the material and someone claims it belongs to them or complains to Circle 1 Network, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all costs and damages in that suit or claim.
Circle 1 Network won't disclose the identity of anyone in photos shared with us without your prior permission. A parent or guardian needs to agree to the submission of photos of kids younger than 18.
By sharing photos with us, you agree that Circle 1 Network can use them as we see fit including use in advertising and promotions. By doing so, any rights of publicity or privacy are waived and released by the persons in each photo. Each person in the photos must agree.
