Serves 6
Ingredients:
- Two pre-made pie crusts
- One half cup chopped carrots
- One package frozen peas,
defrosted
- One fourth cup diced onions
- One pound cooked chicken,
cubed
- One can condensed cream
of chicken soup
- One half cup milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Fahrenheit. Boil carrots 10 minutes. Saute onions. Combine carrots, onions, peas,
chicken, soup and milk in a bowl. Pour into one of the pie crusts. Put the other
crust over the top, seal the edges and poke holes in top crust. Bake for 30 minutes
until crust is golden brown.

Cooking Time: 40 minutes
