Serves 8
Ingredients:
- 2 ten oz cans cream of
chicken soup
- 3 cups water
- 1 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 2 medium onions, quartered
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 whole chicken breasts,
boneless
- 5 medium carrots, sliced
- 1 pkg frozen peas
- 4 potatoes, quartered
- 3 cups baking mix
- 1 1/3 cups milk

Directions:
Combine soup, water, chicken,
and seasonings in large pot. Cover and cook on low about 1 1/2 hours. Add potatoes
and carrots. Cook 30 minutes more. Remove chicken, cut up and return to pot. Add
peas and cook 5 minutes.
Mix baking mix and milk for dumplings. Drop spoonfuls in boiling stew. Simmer
covered for 10 minutes. Uncover and simmer 10 minutes.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 2 1/2 hrs
Serving Suggestions:
Make the night before and
heat up the following day.
