Serves 24-36

Ingredients:
  • Basic meatball recipe (ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 1/2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup syrup
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped green pepper

Directions:
In pan add sugar and cornstarch to browned meatballs. Stir in water, syrup, vinegar and soy sauce. Heat mixture to a boil and stir constantly. Add pineapple and green pepper and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with Holiday dinner.
