Serves 24-36
Ingredients:
- Basic meatball recipe (ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 1/2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup syrup
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cup chopped green pepper

Directions:
In pan add sugar and cornstarch
to browned meatballs. Stir in water, syrup, vinegar and soy sauce. Heat mixture
to a boil and stir constantly. Add pineapple and green pepper and simmer for 15-20
minutes.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with Holiday dinner.
