Serves 6
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
salt and pepper
4 qts chicken broth
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
chopped parsley

Directions: Mix
flour salt, pepper and nutmeg. Beat eggs and add with milk to flour mixture. Mix.
Press dough through large holed sieve or grater. Drop slowly into simmering broth.
Cook 6 minutes. Saute in butter and add fresh parsley before you serve.
Prep Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Good with Savory chicken.
