Serves 8

Ingredients:

    •4 cups shredded red cabbage
    •1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    •1/2 cup chopped green onions
    •1/4 cup salad oil
    •1 chopped green pepper
    •1/4 cup lemon juice
    •1 teaspoon salt
    •2 teaspoons sugar
    •2 Tablespoons minced parsley

Directions: Combine and toss vegetables. Add salt, pepper, oil, lemon juice, sugar and parsley together and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate before serving.
