Ingredients:
4 large sweet potatoes
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 Tablespoons margarine
1 can cranberry sauce with whole berries
1/4 cup sugar

Directions: Place sweet potatoes in a steamer and steam until soft - about
30 minutes. Allow potatoes to cool, then remove skins. Combine margarine, sugar,
ginger and cranberry sauce in a saucepan and bring to boil. Then simmer five minutes.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice potatoes and put in baking pan. Pour glaze over
them. Bake 15 minutes. Add marshmallows on top and bake 5 minutes. Serve hot.

Serve with Turkey and trimmings.
