Serves 4
Ingredients:
6 medium sliced potatoes
1 can of mushroom
soup
1 onion finely
chopped
1 1/2 cups grated
cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
half can of cream
(or milk)

Directions: Place
sliced potatoes in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle onion over them.
In a bowl mix together the soup, milk and cheese.
Pour over the potatoes in dish and bake for 1 1/2 hours on 375oF.

1 1/2 hours
Serving Suggestions:
Can serve with extra grated cheese on top. My little girl loves this with baked
chicken.
