Ingredients:
2 cups minced onions
1/12 cups butter or margarine
10 cups bread crumbs
1 tablespoon dried tarragon
1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
giblet stock to taste

Directions: Melt
the butter with the minced scallions. Combine the melted butter with the bread
crumbs, tarragon, parsley, salt and pepper. Add stock to desired moistness. Bake
stuffing in casserole dish at 350 degrees farenheit for one and one half hours.
